There is a compound in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.) that activates NRF2, a protein that acts as the master regulator of your body’s antioxidant and detoxification systems. It crosses the blood-brain barrier. It strongly activates the enzymes your cells use to neutralize and excrete toxins. It suppresses the same inflammatory pathways we covered in our last article on NLRP3. Researchers have published dozens of human clinical trials on it.

It is called sulforaphane. And the vast majority of people trying to supplement it are not actually getting it.

In the paid section you’ll learn:

  • Why sulforaphane does not exist in broccoli the way people assume

  • Why the difference in absorption can be 3 to 4 times depending on the form you take

  • What the human research actually shows across detoxification, brain health, blood sugar, and aging

  • The one product that solves the stabilization problem and how to use it
